Sheet metal fabrication is the process of forming parts from a metal sheet by punching, cutting, stamping, and/ or bending. Sheet metal is one of the fundamental forms used in metalworking, and it can be cut and bent into a variety of shapes. Countless everyday objects are fabricated from sheet metal. Sheet metal can be cut, bent and stretched into nearly any shape.
